Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid work arrangement, 1 day in the office

Missions/Main Duties

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialists in the day-to-day coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Handle the administrative aspects of the hiring process, including posting job openings, tracking applications, and updating files.
  • Help plan interviews and coordinate communications between candidates, managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • May assist with the initial screening of applications based on established criteria and forward relevant profiles to the Specialist.
  • Help ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Compile recruitment data, prepare certain follow-up reports, and support the continuous improvement of practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, deadlines, and quality standards related to recruitment.

Profile/Skills

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) in human resources, administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative support, or recruitment role, ideally in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Very good communication and customer service skills, both with candidates and internal partners.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured manner.
