Are you organized, people-focused, and energized by a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for our newest team members.

Hourly rate: $17/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Support candidates from offer through onboarding.
  • Coordinate offer letters, background checks, I-9s, and new-hire documentation.
  • Communicate important next steps to new hires.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR.
  • Work within Oracle Cloud ATS and Microsoft Office.
  • Help improve processes and keep onboarding compliant and on track.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

  • 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
  • ATS experience (Oracle Cloud preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A positive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset.
