Description
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for executing the talent attraction strategy for staff hiring roles across the organization. Identifies, attracts, and assesses talent. Drives all aspects of the recruitment process and acts as primary relationship manager with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire staff roles that support the needs of the business
- Deliver exceptional candidate and client experience through quality of work and positive, consistent communication
- Build a strong pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs
- Deliver on SLAs
- Establish oneself as a business and industry expert when sourcing and engaging with candidates
- Act as a Talent Advisor and display a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
- Partner with the business to ensure a solid understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements and talent gaps
- Actively educate on talent landscape and recommend actions to secure in-demand talent
- Act as a representative of ManpowerGroup via online and in-person recruitment channels
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers (phone and email)
- Social media marketing and searches
- Log activity in applicant tracking system (Taleo)
- Travel – 5% or less
Qualifications
Required
- 1+ year of full-cycle, high volume recruiting or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience with social and digital media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and job boards
