Talent Acquisition Associate

At Carriage Services, our purpose is creating premier experiences through empowered partnership and elevated service. We are guided by four values — Trust, Curiosity, Partnership, and Passion — and we believe that the experiences we create for the families we serve begin with the people we hire.

The Talent Acquisition Associate manages full-cycle recruiting for operations roles at our funeral homes and cemeteries and supports corporate hiring. This role partners closely with location leadership and hiring managers, sources candidates actively rather than simply waiting on applicant flow and keeps every requisition moving from intake through offer acceptance.
