Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Endorse qualified candidates to the hiring team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 6 months–1 year recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willing to work onsite and flexible shifts.
