Soccer Shots LI West is growing fast across Long Island, South Florida, and new sports launching next year. We’re hiring a proactive, organized Talent Acquisition & Workforce Specialist to lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations across multiple markets.
You will
- Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff
- Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, and pipelines
- Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention
- Handle corrective actions and dismissals professionally
- Manage workflows in Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, Connecteam
- Support expansion into new sports programs
- Own communication across departments
