Position Description
The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner serves as the Bank's lead recruiting partner and a key contributor to workforce administration, talent operations, and organizational governance within the Human Resources & Total Rewards function. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional, technical, digital, business, and leadership positions while supporting critical workforce processes that help ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient workforce management practices across the organization.
Working in a multi-state, multi-entity environment, the Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner collaborates closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and HR leadership to attract top talent and support workforce planning and administration activities. The role combines recruiting expertise with strong operational discipline to help support the Bank's workforce needs, talent strategies, and organizational objectives.
The position focuses on delivering exceptional recruiting outcomes while managing key workforce processes, including position management, contractor administration, job description governance, compensation data administration, and talent operations coordination. The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner serves as a trusted resource to leaders and hiring managers, helping ensure recruiting and workforce processes are executed consistently, effectively, and in alignment with Bank policies and governance standards.
Operating with a high degree of collaboration, ownership, and professionalism, the Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner plays a critical role in helping the organization attract, hire, and retain the talent needed to achieve strategic business objectives while creating opportunities for continued growth and development within the Human Resources function.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for professional, technical, digital, business, and leadership positions across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to understand workforce needs and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies utilizing recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, direct outreach, professional organizations, and other talent attraction methods.
- Recruit for highly specialized and difficult-to-fill positions, including roles supporting technology, systems, data, cybersecurity, and other business-critical functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, professional associations, and external recruiting resources.
- Provide market intelligence, candidate availability insights, talent trends, and competitive hiring information to support workforce planning and recruiting decisions.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication, professionalism, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, recruiting documentation, and reporting in compliance with organizational requirements and sound recordkeeping practices.
- Monitor recruiting performance metrics and provide reporting and insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Support offer development and hiring activities by preparing recruiting-related documentation, compensation data inputs, and approval materials.
- Manage position administration activities, including position creation, updates, modifications, and related workforce data maintenance.
- Administer contractor workforce processes, including onboarding, extensions, tracking, reporting, and offboarding activities.
- Draft, maintain, update, and govern job descriptions to support recruiting, workforce administration, organizational clarity, and position management needs.
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure job descriptions remain accurate, current, and aligned with approved organizational structures and responsibilities.
- Maintain compensation-related data and supporting documentation used in recruiting and workforce administration processes.
- Coordinate with HR Operations and internal partners to support efficient execution of hiring, onboarding, position management, and workforce transactions.
- Manage employee onboarding materials, including workforce-related communications and employee recognition or onboarding inventory programs.
- Provide backup support for selected HR Business Partner processes, transactions, and coordination activities while appropriately escalating employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and other higher-risk matters.
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on recruiting effectiveness, workforce administration, process standardization, and operational excellence.
- Support additional Human Resources initiatives and responsibilities as needed.

This role requires a combination of talent acquisition expertise, workforce administration experience, operational discipline, and strong business partnership skills, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce administration, or a combination of these disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple job families and organizational levels.
- Experience recruiting for professional, technical, digital, information technology, systems, data, leadership, or other business-critical positions.
- Experience administering workforce processes such as position management, contractor administration, workforce data management, or related HR operational activities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and recruiting technologies.
- Working knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements, employment regulations, and sound selection practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong business partnership skills and the ability to build credibility with leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and navigate sensitive workforce matters appropriately.
- Commitment to providing outstanding service and creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
Preferred
- Experience working within financial services, banking, insurance, or another regulated business environment.
- Experience supporting complex organizational structures, multi-state operations, or multi-entity workforce environments.
- Experience supporting compensation administration, compensation data management, or recruiting-related compensation processes.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and governing job descriptions and workforce documentation.
- Experience supporting contingent workforce management and contractor lifecycle administration.
- Experience recruiting for information technology, cybersecurity, software development, digital, data, or other highly specialized technical functions.
- Professional certification in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related field.
- Experience with recruiting analytics, workforce reporting, process improvement initiatives, and documentation governance.
- Experience partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and workforce planning functions.
