Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition & People is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives while providing administrative and operational support for the People/Human Resources department. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, maintain accurate team member records, support benefits administration, and help ensure a positive team member experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and staffing priorities.
- Create and post job advertisements across recruiting platforms.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate reference and background check requirements.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting documentation.
- Prepare recruiting reports and track hiring metrics.
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and new hire communications.
- Ensure completion of required employment documentation and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule orientation, training, and onboarding activities.
- Partner with managers to support successful integration of new team members.
- Maintain onboarding records and prepare onboarding-related reports.
HR Administration & Team Member Support
- Maintain accurate team member records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
- Process team member promotions and separations.
- Assist team members with benefits enrollment.
- Respond to routine team member inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and HR procedures and escalate as needed.
- Assist with HR reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation.
- Support HR projects, audits, and administrative activities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive team member information.
Collaboration & Other Duties
- Work closely with hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Assist with the coordination of recruiting events, and HR initiatives.
- Travel occasionally to company locations, job fairs, meetings, or recruiting events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources or related experience.
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience coordinating onboarding and new hire processes.
- Experience working with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-state workforce.
- Knowledge of benefits onboarding and HR recordkeeping.
- Experience creating and maintaining HR and recruiting reports.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.

Physical Requirements
- Primarily works in an office environment.
- Frequently sits, stands, walks, and uses a computer for extended periods of time.

- Ability to travel occasionally to company locations, recruiting events, training sessions, or meetings.
