We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Leader who loves finding great people, building relationships, and assembling high-performing teams.

You'll own recruiting, work directly with executive leadership, and help shape the people and culture behind Bedrock's next chapter.

What You'll Do
Build Our Team — Your #1 Priority
- Find exceptional talent. Proactively source, recruit, and hire high-performing people across sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations, finance, and leadership.
- Go beyond job postings. Identify and engage talented individuals who aren't actively looking for new opportunities.
- Own the hiring process. Lead recruiting from initial outreach and interviews through offers and onboarding.
- Raise the bar. Partner with leadership to define what great performance looks like and identify candidates who meet that standard.
- Build a talent pipeline. Develop relationships with promising candidates before positions become available.
- Deliver results. Improve hiring quality, recruiting efficiency, and employee retention.
Build Systems That Scale
Develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned with company growth.
Establish effective interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes.
Leverage technology, AI, and automation to improve recruiting.
Strengthen Bedrock's reputation as a place where exceptional people want to work.
Lead Our People & HR Function
Oversee onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.
Partner with leadership to strengthen performance, accountability, and employee development.
Build a culture rooted in ownership, integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop practical HR systems that support growth without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What You Bring
Proven success in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, executive search, or a related field.
Experience proactively sourcing, interviewing, and hiring exceptional candidates.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of HR fundamentals and employment practices.
A hands-on, resourceful, self-directed approach.
Manufacturing, industrial, or entrepreneurial business experience is a plus.
