This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both sourcing and relationship-building, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and assessment discussions to evaluate qualifications and overall fit.
  • Facilitate interview processes and partner with hiring teams to drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Manage offer development, candidate negotiations, and offer acceptance activities.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, talent communities, and direct outreach.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Utilize market research and talent mapping techniques to identify talent pools and competitor targets.

Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Provide guidance on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Establish strong working relationships across business functions and operating companies.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use recruiting metrics and data to identify opportunities for improved hiring outcomes.
  • Share market insights and recruiting trends with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  • Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced recruiting team members when appropriate.

What You'll Deliver

  • Successful hiring outcomes across professional and managerial positions.
  • Strong candidate pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.
  • Positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Timely and effective execution of recruiting processes.
  • Increased hiring manager confidence through strong partnership and communication.
  • Improved sourcing effectiveness and candidate quality.
  • Contributions to continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.
