Major Responsibilities
- Staffing and Scheduling
- Enters schedules as provided by managers
- Publishes available shifts for staff to sign up.
- Deploys staff to appropriate units.
- Maintains float pool staffing levels and deploys as necessary.
- Tracks attendance and tardies.
- Coordinates with the HUB to ensure staffing levels match demand and acuity of each nursing unit.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of private information.
Education Required
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute
Experience Preferred
Staffing experience preferred
Scheduling experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred
Excel, Outlook, Word
