What You'll Do
- Lead caregiver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Oversee agency-wide scheduling and ensure client shifts are fully staffed.
- Monitor staffing levels, workforce capacity, and future hiring needs.
- Manage labor costs, overtime, and scheduling efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all credentialing, training, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and coach scheduling, recruiting, and staffing team members.
- Partner with leadership to support agency growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent staffing and coverage issues.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, scheduling, recruiting, healthcare operations, or workforce management.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management software.
Preferred
- Home care, healthcare, senior care, or staffing industry experience.
- Experience managing caregiver scheduling and recruitment operations.
- Knowledge of labor management, retention strategies, and workforce analytics.
