This is a senior recruiting role focused on some of the most complex and strategically important product hiring needs within a high-growth technology environment.
You will lead end-to-end searches spanning Product Management, Product Design, Product Analytics, and Research, from senior individual contributors through Director and VP-level talent.
Working closely with senior product and design leadership, you will shape hiring strategies, define talent requirements, and establish clear and consistent selection processes.
The role combines executive talent advisory, market intelligence, structured search design, and sophisticated sourcing.
You will use data and real-time recruiting signals to diagnose challenges, improve funnels, and create predictable hiring outcomes.
Your work will directly influence the strength and scalability of product teams and the organization’s ability to deliver meaningful products at scale.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to operate as a strategic search leader while elevating hiring practices across the broader organization.

Accountabilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex product searches, ranging from senior individual contributors to Director- and VP-level leadership roles, owning the process from role definition through offer and close.
Partner directly with senior Product and Design leadership to define roles, calibrate levels, establish talent expectations, assess market conditions, and build structured hiring strategies.
Architect search plans that identify potential bottlenecks early, establish clear expectations, and provide stakeholders with visibility into progress, pipeline health, and search strategy.
Develop and execute targeted, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines of senior product talent.
Use recruiting data and market signals to establish funnel expectations, evaluate search performance, and adjust strategies based on evidence.
Strengthen product hiring quality and consistency by helping teams define success profiles, refine product competencies and case exercises, and reinforce structured decision-making.
Build and maintain market intelligence covering product talent pools, compensation, organizational structures, and hiring approaches across relevant technology companies.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, providing thoughtful communication, coaching, and high-touch engagement for senior and executive-level candidates.
Collaborate with sourcers, recruiting coordinators, and other talent partners to ensure efficient and consistent execution throughout the hiring process.
Serve as a trusted talent advisor, diagnosing ambiguous hiring challenges and translating complex recruiting needs into practical, repeatable search strategies.

Requirements

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technology-enabled environments.
Significant experience recruiting senior, Director-level, and VP-level product talent.
Deep recruiting expertise across Product Management and/or Product Design, with the ability to assess senior product candidates credibly.
Strong understanding of product disciplines and the ability to evaluate scope, judgment, impact, and level of product professionals.
Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and structured thinking.
Experience navigating ambiguous or highly complex searches, establishing clarity, and developing repeatable approaches that produce predictable outcomes.
Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple channels, including research, relationship development, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
High level of ownership, agency, organization, and operational discipline when managing multiple complex searches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the executive presence and clarity needed to work effectively with senior stakeholders and candidates.
