The Ford Agency is actively seeking a proactive and dynamic in-house Recruiter to join a busy HR team with a top law firm. This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process across different departments including marketing, finance and accounting, operations, IT, and more. The recruiter will evaluate candidates and advise hiring managers of market trends and attract top talent to the firm. Responsibilities Include
- Source and create a pipeline of high quality candidates
- Interview candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Serve as a liaison with staffing agencies
- Maintain and update ATS with candidate information
- Guide candidates through the offer, background check, reference checks, and onboarding process
- Post positions on the Firm's website and other sites
- Assist with other projects and recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualifications Include
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and ATS experience
- Law firm or other professional services experience preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using LinkedIn, and online recruiting platforms
- Must be based out of California, Oregon, or Washington state
Compensation
- $78,000 - $124,000 annually
Candidates for this position must be based in CA, Oregon, or Washington State and be available to work Pacific Standard Time regular business hours.
