About the Role

Reporting to the HR Business Partner & Supervisor, Recruitment, the Senior Technical Recruiter plays a critical role within the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on recruiting senior-level engineering and technology talent for LodgeLink.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical recruitment role, either in-house within a technology-driven company or within a recruitment agency environment, with a proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive, senior-level technical talent. A technical background or formal education in a technical discipline prior to transitioning into recruitment is considered a strong asset.

This role is instrumental in building high-performing technical teams while strengthening LodgeLink’s employer brand and market presence in the competitive Scottsdale technology landscape. The position is heavily focused on proactive sourcing and headhunting, and offers the opportunity to own the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end. This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building long-term talent pipelines, and acts as a trusted advisor to technical hiring leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level engineering, technology, and other highly specialized roles, from role intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Leaders, the HRBP & Supervisor, Recruitment and other key stakeholders, to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and long-term workforce plans.
  • Develop and execute proactive, research-driven recruitment strategies with a strong emphasis on headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of senior technical talent for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for LodgeLink in the Scottsdale market, strengthening employer brand awareness through direct outreach, networking, and community engagement.
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and other creative and non-traditional sourcing methods.
  • Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive analysis to inform sourcing strategies and hiring recommendations.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote open roles, share employer branding content, and engage with prospective candidates.
  • Represent LodgeLink at industry, technology, and recruitment events to increase visibility and attract top technical talent.
  • Recommend and implement new recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies and external vendors as required, ensuring alignment with LodgeLink’s hiring standards and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Manage pre- and post-hire processes, including background checks, drug & alcohol testing, HRIS processing, and onboarding coordination.
  • Deliver or support New Hire Orientation sessions as required.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, tracking, and reporting; provide regular insights and updates to leadership.
  • Support additional recruitment initiatives, projects, and priorities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on senior-level engineering, technical, or technology roles.
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive markets.
  • Organized and able to build scalable processes to track and manage activity and results.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment and/or high-touch corporate recruiting function managing 10–20 active requisitions concurrently.
  • Experience recruiting within the Scottsdale, AZ technology market.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with technical leaders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong employer branding mindset with the ability to build market presence and candidate relationships in Scottsdale.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, inquisitive, and intuitive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader HR and leadership team.
  • Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to influence culture, drive change, and align recruitment outcomes with business objectives.
