Schwab’s Talent Acquisition team is the heart of our firm’s talent strategy to recruit world-class talent focused on driving growth and delivering superior results for clients.
As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA), you will lead, motivate and develop an engaged team of Talent Advisors supporting Schwab’s technology organization. You will help the team shape and deliver compelling recruiting and sourcing strategies for technology talent while meeting business hiring objectives. You will build and strengthen partnerships across the enterprise by developing a deep understanding of the technology organization, its workforce strategy and evolving skill needs, and by serving as a trusted thought leader. You will also provide subject matter expertise on technology talent markets, best-in-class recruitment strategies, labor market data, recruiting trends, competition and target geographies for critical technology talent segments.

- Lead the team in defining and achieving specific goals aligned with broader TA, HR and business objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure team performance and drive decision-making.
- Cultivate a mindset of ownership, accountability and continuous learning within the team, providing clear expectations and fostering an environment where all team members feel valued and supported.
- Help team members reach their full potential by exposing them to challenging opportunities to support their individual growth/development and by sharing regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Develop effective partnerships with other Talent Acquisition leaders, Lines of Business, HR Partners and COEs.
- Collaborate with Internal Mobility Team and the Talent Attraction/Sourcing team to support hiring objectives and establish robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
- Drive TA/HR strategic initiatives and collaborate with other TA leaders to deliver on broad-reaching strategic initiatives to elevate the function and team capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at organizations of similar size and complexity, including significant experience recruiting technology talent across multiple disciplines and levels.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing highly engaged TA teams responsible for technology recruiting, or leading successful technology talent acquisition programs or project teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technology talent markets, including the ability to advise leaders on critical and emerging skills, sourcing strategies, competitive dynamics and workforce availability.
- Proven success driving team engagement and elevating team performance through continuous improvement and process enhancement.
- Successful history driving transformation, change and process improvement through people, process, and technology
- Experience developing and implementing strategies, programs and processes across large and diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to design and deliver talent acquisition strategies in alignment with challenging business objectives.
- Experience successfully pivoting as business needs change and communicating effectively with team members to help them understand the primary drivers and realign priorities.
- Ability to lead by modeling the values of courage, vulnerability, and accountability.
- Experience utilizing data to measure performance and drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of shaping strategy and leading with influence.
- Successful history of building and cultivating strong authentic relationships with internal/external business partners to create alignment and support.
- Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
