Responsibilities

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Tech hiring across North America, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top technical talent across Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, and IT functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective talent strategies, build high-quality pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that enables business growth.

Please note that this is a contractor position with an initial contract duration of 12 months.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring software engineers, engineering leaders, product professionals, and other technical talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning needs, and talent market challenges, providing strategic talent acquisition guidance
  • Proactively source and engage high-caliber technical candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive technical talent to support current and future hiring needs across North America
  • Develop trusted relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience
  • Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and talent mapping to identify and attract top technical talent in competitive markets
  • Monitor recruiting performance metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve hiring effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring within Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, or IT functions
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring experienced technical professionals across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering organizations, and the talent landscape for technology roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source, engage, and assess passive technical talent in highly competitive markets
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, combined with a data-driven approach to recruitment and talent strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams
