Sprout is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and functions. This is not a single-department recruiting role — you'll flex across a variety of hiring needs, partnering directly with leaders to build hiring strategies, source top talent, and close candidates in a competitive market. We're looking for someone who has recruited in both search/staffing firm and corporate/in-house environments and knows how to bring the best of both — firm-style urgency and sourcing rigor with corporate-style stakeholder management and process.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse, cross-functional requisition load — simultaneously supporting roles across departments such as [e.g., Operations, Sales, Finance, Engineering, G&A] rather than a single function or business unit
- Partner directly with hiring managers and department leaders to define role requirements, build sourcing strategy, and set hiring timelines
- Build and manage a proactive sourcing pipeline using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels — especially for harder-to-fill or specialized roles
- Manage the candidate experience end-to-end: screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and competitive positioning
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in the ATS; provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
- Continuously improve recruiting process, tools, and candidate experience
- Represent Sprout's employer brand throughout the recruiting lifecycl
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated experience in both a search/staffing firm environment and a corporate/in-house environment
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple departments or functions — not limited to a single team or specialty (e.g., not solely tech recruiting or solely sales recruiting)
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and proactive pipeline generation for hard-to-fill roles
- Track record of managing a high-volume, cross-functional requisition load simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable advising and pushing back on hiring managers when needed
- Strong offer negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and standard sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience recruiting in [industry-specific — e.g., ITAD, IT hardware, data center services, logistics, or similarly specialized/technical markets]
- Experience building or improving recruiting processes at a growing company
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools
