Full Time

Columbus, OH - Onsite

AndHealth is on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes for the most challenging chronic health conditions, with the goal of making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. You will play a pivotal role in driving daily recruitment productivity and delivering top talent to advance our mission.

What you’ll do in the role

  • Act as a thought partner to hiring managers on what 'exceptional' looks like for each role.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define what "exceptional" looks like, build structured scorecards, and calibrate against top performers in the market.

  • Partner with hiring managers to build structured scorecards and calibrated evaluation criteria before a search begins.
  • Use modern sourcing tools and AI to streamline outreach, scheduling, and interviewing — continually refining what works best.
  • Curate a candidate experience so strong that people recommend AndHealth to others — including extending approved offers, guiding compensation conversations, and ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding.
  • Move candidates efficiently through the pipeline without compromising on standards.
  • Extend approved verbal offers, manage candidate expectations regarding compensation, and efficiently facilitate pre-employment screening and seamless handoffs to onboarding.
  • Share what's working, bring new ideas, jump in where needed, and help the entire team continuously improve.
  • Use AI to continually evaluate best practices in sourcing and interviewing.
