We're looking for an agile, relationship-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting but also keen to support broader HR initiatives.

In this role you will lead full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding across the organization while partnering with leaders to support many aspects of the employee lifecycle. You'll work cross-functionally with departments across the business, help maintain and improve HR programs, and support company leadership in developing scalable HR strategies as we continue to grow.

Compensation + Schedule

  • $65,000 - $80,000 Annual less payroll deductions and all required withholdings
  • Typically Monday - Friday schedule
  • Weekends and holidays may be required

Essential Job Functions

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions ranging from entry-level field roles to senior corporate leadership and director-level positions.
  • Manage high-volume, seasonal recruiting initiatives while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, define talent needs, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience preferred) and ensure recruiting data is accurate and up to date.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, metrics, and hiring strategies.
  • People Operations
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and complete HRIS data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
  • As needed, may assist with timekeeping administration and training, employee offboarding, and coordination of joint Payroll/HR initiatives
  • Support general HR inquiries, compliance, performance management documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!

Skills + Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience demonstrating increasing responsibility and career growth.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year of high volume recruitment, including a proven track record of managing a requisition load of 30+ open roles simultaneously.
  • Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with significant seasonal hiring while maintaining a professional, brand-aligned candidate experience.
  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions, from entry-level field employees to senior corporate and director-level roles.
  • Experience managing new hire onboarding, including HRIS data entry and employee record management.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred but not required).
  • Spreadsheet savvy (Excel or Sheets) with the ability to run reports, create basic tables, and interpret data. Extra credit if you can use AI tools to automate this work.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly and being a self starter is essential.
  • Skilled at talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand.
  • Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is preferred.

Workplace Environment + Expectations

  • Fully remote work environment with reliable internet connection.
  • Typically a Monday - Friday workweek with expectations to be flexible to support the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work across all US time zones but anchored in Mountain time zone for your core hours
  • Expect a heavier workload and more limited flexibility for time off during peak season, with more flexibility during the off-season.
