Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Skilled Trades Recruiter - Inside Sales & Professional for an established staffing and recruiting organization in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role blends sales, relationship management, recruiting, and talent consulting and is designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing pipelines, and creating successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
This is a performance-based position where effort, relationships, consistency, and results directly impact success and earning potential.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Skilled Trades Recruiter - Inside Sales & Professional will develop client relationships while recruiting and building talent pipelines for skilled trades and professional-level positions. The role combines business development, candidate recruiting, placement coordination, and ongoing account management.
Recruiting will focus on positions including Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Welder, Machinist, CNC Operator, Electronics Technician, Warehouse Lead, Industrial Electrician, Service Technician, Quality Technician, Mechanic, and Machine Repair Technician.
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH
- Prospect and develop new client partnerships through outbound calls, meetings, and networking.
- Learn client businesses and hiring needs to provide consultative solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat hiring and referrals.
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM systems and actively manage the sales pipeline.
TALENT RECRUITING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Source, interview, and build relationships with professional-level candidates.
- Match talent to client needs through skill assessment and career coaching.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring client hiring needs.
PLACEMENT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding between clients and candidates.
- Follow up after placements to support satisfaction and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to add value and expand client partnerships.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Consistently achieving outbound activity and client engagement goals.
- Building and maintaining healthy pipelines of active clients and candidates.
- Making successful placements and growing repeat business.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
