The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for complex technology roles across the organization. This individual will proactively identify, engage, and attract top technical talent through strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and relationship-driven recruiting practices.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining high-caliber candidate pipelines, developing innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions, and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the hiring process. The Senior Technical Recruiter partners closely with executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting technical and technology-focused hiring.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive talent for highly specialized and competitive technical skill sets.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
