A career as a Talent Acquisition Advisor in the Talent Acquisition team at National Bank means acting as a strategic recruitment partner. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while helping leaders build high-performing teams across Capital Markets and other business sectors.
Your role
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for specialized and strategic positions.
- Build and maintain talent pools by creating long-term relationships with prospective candidates and monitoring pipeline performance.
- Advise hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, from workforce planning to offer negotiation.
- Lead and contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment practices, processes, and tools.
- Promote National Bank’s employer brand by creating positive, inclusive, and candidate-focused recruitment experiences.
- Analyze recruitment challenges and market trends to recommend solutions that support business objectives and hiring needs.
Your team
The Human Resources Vice-Presidency consists of professionals who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, continuously improve processes, and deliver value to the organization.
Within the Talent Acquisition department, you are part of a team of approximately 30 colleagues and report to a recruitment leadership team. Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment; OR hold a master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate solid experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and talent pool management.
- Have experience advising leaders and supporting recruitment activities within large or complex organizations.
- Show expertise in developing recruitment strategies for specialized or business-critical roles.
- Possess experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring.
- Demonstrate the ability to use data, market insights, and recruitment metrics to support decision-making.
