Please note: This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week on-site and two days per week working remotely. Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of both the IKEA Richmond and IKEA Coquitlam stores.

Key responsibilities (text) • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for management, leadership, and other complex roles, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience.

  • Create and deliver an outstanding candidate experience, from initial engagement through offer stage, reflecting company values and enhancing employer brand.
  • Create and deliver an outstanding hiring manager experience, providing timely communication, guidance, and partnership throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to steering managers and hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and providing consultative support to secure the best talent.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage talent pipelines and candidate pools to support workforce planning and future recruitment requirements.
  • Utilize recruitment systems and tools to manage candidate activity, maintain data integrity, and ensure process compliance.
  • Analyze recruitment data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased recruitment effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to promote recruitment best practices, improve hiring processes, and support organizational talent objectives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with company values and policies.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58960 CAD to 81070 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
