- Create and deliver an outstanding hiring manager experience, providing timely communication, guidance, and partnership throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to steering managers and hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and providing consultative support to secure the best talent.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Build, maintain, and leverage talent pipelines and candidate pools to support workforce planning and future recruitment requirements.
- Utilize recruitment systems and tools to manage candidate activity, maintain data integrity, and ensure process compliance.
- Analyze recruitment data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased recruitment effectiveness.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58960 CAD to 81070 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
