Who you are
- 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring quota-carrying GTM talent (AE, SE, Channel, etc) in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity
- Deep outbound sourcing expertise, with the ability to build a pipeline through competitor org mapping, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and referral networks

- The ability to critically assess a sales track record, including quota attainment, quota size, deal size, ramp time, and new logo versus expansion mix, and separate real performance from inflated claims
- Experience partnering with senior sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor
- Comfort operating at speed and scale, managing 10-15 concurrent requisitions across segments without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
- A data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance metrics to influence hiring decisions and forecast capacity
- Fluency with AI as part of your recruiting craft
- Compensation and equity literacy, including the ability to negotiate around total compensation packages
