Job Description

Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs of the business.
Pre-screen resumes of applicants.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and Monster.
Conduct an initial phone screen and refers qualified and interested candidates to hiring managers.
Extend job offers to candidates that the company is interested in.

Qualifications

5+ years corporate or agency recruiting experience
Some supervisory experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Additional Information

$85K plus bonus
