Senior Clinical Healthcare & Allied Health Recruiter | 100% Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only
Heartline Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Healthcare & Allied Health Recruiter to recruit nursing, allied health, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other clinical healthcare professionals for opportunities nationwide.
This opportunity is designed for an established healthcare recruiter who understands the clinical talent market and can independently source, engage, screen, qualify, and manage candidates through the recruiting process.
This is not an entry-level recruiting opportunity. We are specifically seeking recruiters with at least 5 years of professional recruiting experience and demonstrated experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals.

- Surgical Technologists
- Medical Laboratory Professionals
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Licensed Mental Health Clinicians
- Behavioral Health Clinicians and Clinical Leadership
- Pharmacists and Pharmacy Leadership
- Other clinical and allied health professionals
What You'll Do
- Recruit qualified clinical healthcare and allied health professionals for available openings
- Independently source and headhunt passive and active candidates
- Conduct candidate outreach, discovery, and screening
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
- Verify applicable clinical experience, education, licenses, certifications, credentials, and other required qualifications
- Evaluate specialty-specific experience and position requirements
- Identify compensation, relocation, geographic, scheduling, and availability considerations during candidate discovery
- Prepare accurate and complete candidate submissions
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
- Follow candidates through interviews, offers, and placement
- Maintain active candidate pipelines and consistent follow-up
Independent Contractor & Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. It is not a W-2 position. There is no salary, hourly wage, draw, guaranteed compensation, or employee benefits.
Independent recruiters are responsible for their own equipment, sourcing tools, business expenses, and applicable taxes.
Recruiting commissions are not immediate income. Compensation is earned through successful placements and paid according to the commission and payment terms outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement. Payment is not earned simply by sourcing or submitting a candidate. Placement commissions are subject to the applicable client hiring process, placement requirements, invoicing, client payment, and the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting clinical healthcare and/or allied health professionals
- Full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience independently identifying and engaging passive healthcare candidates
- Strong candidate discovery, screening, and qualification skills
- Ability to evaluate clinical experience, education, licensure, certifications, credentials, and specialty-specific requirements
- Ability to understand position-specific and state-specific licensing or credential requirements
- Ability to distinguish required clinical qualifications from preferred qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines
- Established sourcing methods and ability to recruit without basic recruiter training
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis
- Must be U.S.-based
