Sales Recruiter

NFIB is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic Sales Recruiting team. This individual will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top-tier candidates who are a strong fit for the NFIB sales organization.

The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for driving the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. This role requires conducting comprehensive interviews utilizing organizational fit criteria and ensuring candidates are fully informed and aligned with the NFIB sales opportunity. The Recruiter will systematically evaluate candidate performance, assigning numerical scores based on interview results, and will subsequently submit high-scoring candidates for further consideration by the Division Manager (DM) along with all necessary documentation (e.g., candidate resume, interview notes).

This position also requires regular communication with candidates regarding next steps, including interview confirmations and the distribution of job sample release forms. The Sales Recruiter will collaborate with the DM, Assistant Sales Director (ASD), and Regional Sales Director (RSD) to determine the optimal locations for job advertisements, ensuring maximum candidate exposure and a robust candidate pipeline. The recruiter will actively post job requisitions and engage in proactive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support comprehensive reporting on recruitment activity.

  • Manage the recruitment process from screening to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Regularly consult with the DM, ASD, and RSD to identify key locations for job postings to maximize candidate reach.
  • Provide weekly updates during regional calls on candidate progress, including those in the pipeline and those preparing to start.
  • Post job requisitions, as needed, on a monthly basis and engage in proactive sourcing across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain accuracy of candidate profiles within the ATS and ensure proper disposition for reporting purposes.
  • Compile recruitment activity reports for the RSD, offering insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment strategy.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales recruiting or talent acquisition role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced internet research skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, energy, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with initiative, both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Some travel and the ability to work outside of standard office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) as required.
