- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations is preferred.
