Our Blood Institute is looking for an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Recruitment Operations Director to help lead the programs, processes, people, and partnerships that keep our blood supply strong.
This isn't just another leadership role. Your work will directly support the blood products hospitals need and the patients and families who depend on them.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: Competitive pay to include shift differential and holiday pay and is based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary)

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise mobile recruitment operations scheduling, calendar management, analyst, and programs staff.
- Oversee recruitment programs and community initiatives from development through implementation.
- Develop and improve policies, procedures, processes, tools, and guidelines.
- Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities for donor recruitment growth and engagement.
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure recruitment initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
- Work with Center Executive Directors and recruitment leaders to support operational success and blood collection goals.
- Develop strategies that give recruitment teams the data, tools, resources, and information they need to perform at their best.
- Monitor department metrics and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional organizational projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5–8 years of donor recruitment experience required
- Previous management or leadership experience required
