The Recruitment Marketing Manager serves as the dedicated marketing partner for Core Clinician Recruiting, Core Flex Travel Clinicians, and Engage Locums. This role develops and executes recruitment marketing strategies that attract and engage physicians, advanced practice providers, locum tenens clinicians, and other priority talent.
Working closely with Recruiting, Operations, People, and Clinical Leadership, the Recruitment Marketing Manager leads employer branding, recruitment campaigns, candidate communication plans, recruiting events, and other initiatives that support clinician hiring goals and long-term recruitment success.
Essential Duties
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns for Core, Core Flex Travel Clinicians, and Engage Locums across email, social media, LinkedIn, Doximity, job boards, digital advertising, events, and other channels.
- Create targeted marketing plans and campaigns for hard-to-fill roles, priority markets, program launches, geographic expansion, and urgent staffing needs.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing content, including social media, email campaigns, career site content, presentations, candidate communications, testimonials, recruiter tools, and other recruitment collateral.
- Strengthen and promote the employer and clinician brands of Core, Core Flex, and Engage through recruitment-focused content that highlights clinician experiences, facility partnerships, travel opportunities, community features, and priority hiring initiatives.
- Partner with Recruiting to enhance candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion throughout the recruitment process while supporting a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and enhance recruitment marketing platforms and assets, including career websites, candidate communications, recruitment materials, content libraries, and brand resources.
- Serve as the marketing representative for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other recruitment technology platforms, partnering with Recruiting and key stakeholders to support platform adoption, candidate communication strategies, recruiting content, career site initiatives, and future recruitment marketing capabilities.
- Coordinate recruitment events and outreach activities, including conferences, residency programs, career fairs, site visits, clinician dinners, virtual events, and related promotional materials.
- Manage recruitment marketing projects, calendars, budgets, timelines, approvals, vendors, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Partner with Recruiting to monitor lead generation efforts, candidate engagement, source effectiveness, recruiting initiatives, and event outcomes, using insights to continuously improve recruitment marketing strategies and results.
- Prepare reports and updates for Marketing, Recruiting, and leadership regarding recruitment marketing activities, key initiatives, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain organized project files, templates, inventories, assets, and recruitment resources.
- Support broader Marketing & Communications initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
- Strong written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience creating content across digital, social media, email, presentation, and print channels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare, clinician recruitment, staffing, or multi-brand marketing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, marketing automation, social media management, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms preferred.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift boxes and materials of 20 lbs or greater.
This position will be a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta headquarters, with a minimum of 3 days a week in office. When working remotely, the employee must have reliable access to internet.
