We are expanding our Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team and looking to add transformative recruiting capabilities to our team by opening a new vacancy as a Taiwan Recruiting Manager. This position will play a key role in advancing the Koch Recruiting Vision and delivering high-end recruiting services to all Koch companies in Taiwan, mainly Molex Taiwan. In this role, you will help lead a team of supervisors and support them in developing and executing recruiting strategies to support our businesses' needs, best utilize our recruiting technologies aligned with global recruiting processes and help innovate in our ability to attract top talent. You will also facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects with the recruiting team, stakeholders and hiring partners.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, Coach and Develop a Team of Supervisors and Recruiters/Coordinators to successfully reach their potential and make positive hiring contributions to our businesses.
  • Support development and execution of innovative recruiting strategies to support recruiting needs across all Taiwan locations. This operational responsibility includes:
    • Prioritized strategies to support a large portfolio of openings.
    • Designing flexible hiring solutions with Early Career / University hiring and outsourced recruiting solutions at scale (e.g., RPO).
    • Actively hiring for key business critical roles ad-hoc.
  • Define regional strategies that will enable the scaling demands and priorities in Taiwan.
  • Establish and nurture meaningful trust-based relationships with business leadership teams, hiring managers, Business HR, and key cross-functional stakeholders internally for an overall enhanced business partnership.
  • Act as an Ambassador and Leader in advancing our Corporate Culture (PBM) and its implications in the Hiring Process to transform the way we recruit in alignment with our Philosophy.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor to the business by providing meaningful insights and advisory enabling better decision-making.
  • Lead the Team to Operate as One Recruiting Team to support each site with agility allowing to flex resources across sites.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Strong Leadership capabilities (both thought and people leadership), combined with solid coaching competencies.
  • Passion for complex recruiting problem-solving and stakeholder coaching.
  • Extensive recruiting/sourcing experience with tangible positive business outcomes.
  • Experience designing regional recruiting strategies in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and executing outsourced recruitment solutions (e.g., RPO).
  • Experience interacting and working closely with top leadership stakeholders.
  • Ability and passion to drive transformation.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Any other language is a strong asset.
  • Ability to frequently travel as needs arise (primarily within Taiwan).
