The USC College of Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic, creative, and relationship-driven professional to lead student recruitment and engagement efforts across our undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel across the state and country to recruit the next generation of pharmacy professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspire prospective students by showcasing the exciting academic, career, and professional opportunities available through the USC College of Pharmacy.
  • Create compelling recruitment materials—from educational resources to innovative marketing content—that bring our programs and student experience to life.
  • Build meaningful partnerships with schools, organizations, community groups, and other key stakeholders to expand awareness of pharmacy education and career pathways.
  • Turn connections into opportunities by identifying creative ways to reach and engage students who may be interested in pharmacy careers.
  • Track recruitment efforts and outcomes, using data and student feedback to measure success, identify opportunities, and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Represent the College of Pharmacy with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping students discover their potential.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

  • The ability to plan, organize, prioritize work, communicate thoroughly and accurately with a diverse population, with colleagues, and with specific outside agencies.
  • The ability to make independent, accurate judgments.
  • The successful candidate will have to learn and maintain a working knowledge of the federal student aid verification and file review process, FAA Access to CPS system, and the associated University financial aid policies and procedures.
  • Should be able to work independently but within a highly integrated team that has service and responsible administration as its highest priorities.
  • Communicate thoroughly and accurately with a diverse population, with colleagues, and with specific outside agencies.
  • The employee should possess leadership capabilities, a high energy level, and a dedication to outstanding student service.

Recruit prospective students into the USC College of Pharmacy undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including open houses, regional presentations, orientation programs, career days, prospective student tours, etc. Prepare, train and support the efforts of recruitment partners including student ambassadors, alumni ambassadors, faculty, and other staff.
