JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for screening and selecting candidates especially for FMCG & BFSI section.
- Assigned the tasks of organizing and conducting recruitment for sales profile through bulk drive
- Completing their on boarding process of the candidates
- Generating the AL of the candidate on time so that the joining can be done smoothly
- Also doing End to End recruitment & coordinating with the client and doing negotiation.
