Job Description

The RecruitmentTraining Coordinator is responsible for supporting Trillium Services, Inc. and Trillium Works! in all areas of employee recruitment, hiring, retention and employee development.

Essential Qualifications

Education

  • A two-year degree or certificate in a business or human resource related field preferred.

Work Experience

  • One-year experience in Human Resources and one year of experience working in a related Human Services setting preferred.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Must possess working knowledge of modern office methods and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Register for and attend job fairs, informational booths, and special events for the purpose of employee recruitment and strategize which events to attend based on success
  • Identify new marketing events to attend
  • Manages and advertises on Social Media Accounts, responds to comments in a timely manner
  • Creates various brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other special projects designed for marketing purposes.

Screening/Hiring

  • Retrieves all applicants from all employee recruiting resources
  • Contacts all applicants in a timely manner and screens for all employment positions
  • Schedules and performs interviews; Coordinates management interviews with appropriate Director/Executive Director.
  • Matches employees to perspective position and individuals
  • Collects background study demographic information from perspective applicant
  • Schedules Meet and Greets and notifies perspective supervisors
  • Receives feedback from Meet and Greet on perspective employees
  • Complete reference calls on all perspective employees
  • Hires qualified applicants with supported feedback from Supervisor and positive reference checking
  • Schedules New Employees into New Employee Orientation and notifies perspective supervisor.

Backup Duties

  • Complete background studies through Department of Human Services Net Study 2.0 and Driver's License status inquiry.
  • Complete E-Verify employment eligibility checks for all employees
  • Complete Personnel and Management filing as necessary

Training

  • Coordinate with Director of Training and Person-Centered Service Delivery for New Employee Orientation Rotation schedules and update the Outlook Calendar and ensure trainings are on facilitator's calendars.
  • Prepare and set up for trainings and meetings (make coffee, water etc) and set up room with appliable technology (afternoon trainings)
  • Send out training reminders weekly to employees as a reminder for upcoming trainings
  • Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure trainings are completed as needed
  • Maintain website training calendar and update quarterly
  • Consolidate Training Evaluations from each training and turn in to Training Director for action plan and notes

  • Mon-Fri 9a-5p

Salary

  • $22-$24 per hour
