Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

Location:Fargo, ND (100% in Branch Office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Rate:$23.00-$25.00/Hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for anRecruitment & Onboarding Coordinatorto help our Fargo, ND branch office. This position will be assisting the HR team with various tasks with a heavy focus on recruitment, sourcing, attends hiring & community events, interviewing, offering, licensing documentation, I9's, scheduling new hire orientation class and onboarding. May also assist with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave of absences, workers comp, compliance and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise. Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
  • Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work an occasional Saturday for hiring events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
  • Good attitude and strong personality
  • Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
