Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Recruiting Strategy Manager (RSM) to develop and deliver recruitment strategy for a Cintas business division. In this role you will be leading a team of Recruiters by providing day-to-day guidance and ongoing training and development that allows them to reach their highest potential; this includes doing job shadows, hosting monthly calls, and conducting weekly debriefs. As RSM you will work with regional leadership and each Recruiter to develop, implement and manage all recruiting programs to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance with the overall strategic talent acquisition vision. Responsibilities of this role also include ensuring all Recruiters are executing sourcing strategies to proactively source candidates nationwide into open positions at Cintas.

Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership; Manage a national team of Recruiters within a Cintas division ensuring that the team is focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve team objectives.

Individual Partner Development; build the capability of others by teaching, coaching and/or mentoring them to do their highest potential.

Drive for Results; Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports; prepare and submit various reports concerning productivity/activity focusing on assessing, measuring and improving performance.

Collaborative Influence; Develop relationships with local, regional, and senior leadership with the ability to gain cross-divisional buy-in and partnership by influencing in all directions through all levels of partners and external contacts.

Action Planning; Use comprehensive knowledge and skills to provide guidance and training to others on developing strategies and sources to enable Cintas to be an employer of choice nationwide

Subject Matter Expertise; Apply knowledge and expertise to provide guidance and training to others on the use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software (SAP SuccessFactors, Indeed, LinkedIn) to source, recruit, and track candidates from the selection phase to onboarding

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.


Preferred:

  • 1+ year experience managing and supervising others to achieve specific end results within a given timeframe.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and integrating vendors.
  • Ability to run and analyze reports to gauge performance and return on investment for department spend.
