- In this role, you’ll play a key part in matching our Fellows to project opportunities by reviewing resumes, assessing candidate qualifications and overall fit, and ensuring alignment with client and project needs
- You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate experience, skills, and transferable strengths while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the screening process

- 1+ years experience using google suite tools such as spreadsheets and docs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be based in the US
- 1+ years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, resume screening, or candidate evaluation
- Comfortable making informed recommendations and exercising sound judgment during candidate review processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
- Experience reviewing resumes across a variety of industries or functional areas
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, recommend more efficient workflows, and contribute to operational improvements
