  • As a Recruiting Operations Intern at Smartly, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the systems, processes, and coordination that keep a global recruiting team running smoothly
  • You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to support candidates throughout the hiring process while helping our Talent Acquisition team stay organized, efficient, and data-driven
  • Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Communicate scheduling details and updates to candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our applicant tracking system
  • Support job postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting documentation
  • Assist with recruiting reports and help monitor hiring activity
  • Help prepare interview materials, scorecards, and candidate communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
  • Support internship-program coordination and additional Talent Acquisition projects

  • A strong written and verbal communicator
  • A full-time rising senior, or recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate information
  • Proactive, dependable, and committed to providing a positive candidate experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and schedules
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiar with Greenhouse, Workday, or other recruiting systems—preferred but not required- This internship will be approximately 30 hours per week from October 6 through December 17, 2026
