What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute high‑volume recruiting strategies for direct labor roles (hourly, production, manufacturing, warehouse, and operational positions).
  • Support Molex growth initiatives across multiple sites, not limited to a single location.
  • Translate long‑term business growth plans into scalable recruiting roadmaps and workforce plans.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting at scale, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines using diverse channels: job boards, referrals, hiring events, community partnerships, and agencies.
  • Partner closely with Operations, HR, and site leadership to align hiring priorities with production and expansion needs.
  • Monitor recruiting performance through metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, hiring volume, quality indicators) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and hiring standards across all supported locations.
  • Coach and guide recruiting teams or vendors supporting mass hiring efforts, as applicable.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex, high‑volume hiring challenges.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience leading or managing high‑volume direct labor recruiting.
  • Background in large, multinational / transnational organizations (5,000+ headcount).
  • Strong understanding of labor market dynamics for manufacturing and frontline workforces.
  • Experience supporting workforce growth, ramp‑ups, or greenfield expansions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and reporting.
  • Ability to operate with an enterprise mindset while remaining hands‑on when needed.
  • Advanced English
