Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Nashua, NH or Valley Green, PA
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on-site in Nashua, NH or Valley Green, PA.
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, providing high-touch recruiting coordination and operational support across a fast-paced, global organization. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors to deliver an efficient, professional, and white-glove candidate experience from interview scheduling through offer coordination. The position also supports accurate ATS administration, recruiting data, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end scheduling for virtual and on-site interviews, including complex, multi-interviewer calendars, interview panels, pre-meetings, debriefs, confirmations, and timely follow-up communications.
- Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for candidates and interview teams; provide clear instructions, prompt updates, and a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics, including itineraries, hotel and transportation arrangements, expense tracking, and reimbursement support.
- Administer key recruiting workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including posting jobs, maintaining candidate records and dispositions, managing interview feedback, supporting offer-document preparation, and ensuring data quality and process compliance.
- Maintain accurate recruiting trackers, reports, and metrics; monitor candidate activity, interview progress, and open requisition data to support recruiters and leadership decision-making.
- Prepare and organize interview materials, candidate packets, and communications; ensure hiring teams have the information needed for an effective and consistent interview process.
- Support recruitment operations and process improvement initiatives, including standardizing templates, scheduling practices, candidate communications, and ATS processes.
- Assist with recruiting events, referral activity, and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive or complex calendar scheduling, HR coordination, or a similarly fast-paced client-service environment.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and managing sensitive candidate information preferred.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
