Who you are

  • Recruiting coordination experience with demonstrated expertise managing an applicant tracking system like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with real attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills; highly organized in an environment where the daily list of to-do’s grows through the day
  • A customer-oriented approach with high empathy for the candidate experience
  • Sound judgment handling confidential information
  • Availability and responsiveness to troubleshoot last-minute scheduling changes
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or Gem
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT applied to real recruiting work
  • Experience supporting recruiting at a high-growth technology company

What the job involves

  • You will own interview scheduling and candidate experience at high volume, which at Hover means more than dropping invitations on calendars.
  • Our onsite operations have a real technical layer, and you will be the person who anticipates conflicts before they land and rebuilds a loop under pressure without creating churn for candidates or interviewers.
  • Beyond scheduling, you will spend a meaningful share of your week on sourcing: reviewing applications, managing AI sourcing agents, and mining our CRM and networks for passive candidates.
  • We are leaning into AI across the entire recruiting workflow, both off-the-shelf tools and things we build ourselves, and you will be encouraged to build your own strategy and execute on it
  • Own scheduling candidate interviews, debriefs, and kickoffs across all open searches
  • Partner with recruiters and EA’s to get hiring managers and executives into interview loops with minimal friction
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Greenhouse
