Recruiting Coordinator

Established in 1987, Triad Metals is a privately held, independent company that has grown to become one of the premier wholesale distributors and processors of structural steel, tubing, pipe, piling and plate products. With six locations in the United States and Canada, Triad Metals is actively searching for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Neville Island Office.

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our HR team throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will manage job postings, interview scheduling, communication with candidates, maintenance of records, onboarding and training documentation, and provide excellent customer service to ensure an efficient recruitment and onboarding process.

Successful Candidates will be expected to

  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens and interviews
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process
  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruiting activities and maintain efficient workflow processes
  • Assist with job postings, background checks, onboarding coordination and document retention
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure job postings and documentation meet compliance requirements
  • Handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion
  • Assist with social media postings regarding recruiting
  • Attend job fairs to source candidates
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with duties as assigned

Qualifications/Required Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a time sensitive environment
  • Ability to travel to other job locations, if needed
