Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Craft compelling job postings that reflect our firm's values and attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and extending offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process and ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus, but not required
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Professional discretion when handling confidential candidate information
