Help Us Build an Incredible Team

At Advosy, we believe great people build great companies. We’re a growing home services company that values teamwork, personal growth, accountability, and having fun along the way. We work hard, celebrate wins, support each other, and believe the best teams are built by people who bring out the best in others.

We’re looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help us find our next great hires. If you love talking to people, building relationships, keeping things moving, and bringing positive energy wherever you go, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career with us.

About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help fuel Advosy’s continued growth. A major focus of this role is recruiting for our ongoing sales positions, where building a consistent pipeline of candidates, making connections, and following through are essential to success.

This is an active, people-focused role for someone who enjoys the hunt: making outbound calls, engaging candidates, conducting phone screens, booking interviews, and keeping opportunities moving forward. Not every candidate will answer, show up, or be the right fit, and that’s okay. We need someone who stays positive, follows up, adjusts their approach, and keeps going.

You’ll also represent Advosy at college career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, and other opportunities to connect with potential talent. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep schedules organized and ensure candidates have a clear, positive experience throughout the process.

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a competitive spirit, strong communication skills, and the persistence to produce results. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, working toward goals, and being part of a growing company, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the Candidate Pipeline: Review applicants, make outbound calls, proactively source candidates, and maintain a consistent pipeline for ongoing sales positions.
  • Conduct Phone Screenings: Lead engaging, structured conversations to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, interest, and fit.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Partner with hiring managers to manage calendars, schedule interviews, send confirmations, and navigate scheduling changes.
  • Drive Consistent Follow-Up: Re-engage candidates who go quiet, confirm attendance, and keep the hiring process moving with persistence and urgency.
  • Maintain Accurate Recruiting Records: Track candidate statuses, document next steps, monitor recruiting metrics, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support Recruiting Initiatives: Assist with job postings, sourcing strategies, outreach campaigns, and efforts to meet recruiting goals.
  • Represent Advosy at Recruiting Events: Attend college career fairs, on-campus events, and community recruiting opportunities to build relationships and attract future talent.
  • Deliver a Great Candidate Experience: Communicate clearly and promptly while bringing the enthusiasm and positive energy that make candidates excited about joining Advosy

Who You Are

  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energized by meeting new people.
  • Persistent and resilient. You can handle rejection, stay positive, and keep working toward your goals.
  • Organized enough to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, multiple open positions, and constantly changing interview schedules.
  • Confident making outbound calls, conducting phone screens, and building rapport quickly.
  • Proactive with follow-ups and committed to keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Experience That Will Help You Succeed

  • Recruiting for high-volume or high-turnover positions, particularly sales roles.
  • Door-to-door (D2D) sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or other outbound sales.
  • Event planning, event staffing, brand promotion, campus recruiting, or career fairs.
  • Customer service or other roles requiring frequent phone communication, relationship-building, and consistent follow-up.

Recruiting experience is a plus, but it isn't the only path to success here. If you have a sales or events background, a strong work ethic, and the organization and personality to succeed in recruiting, we encourage you to apply.
