About Treeswift
In the face of rising threats, increasing pressure on affordability, and unprecedented demand for power, Treeswift empowers energy companies to modernize their field work to meet the growth and challenges ahead.
We build physical AI for the field worker: whether on foot or in a vehicle, our technology is an ironman suit for engineers, linemen, and vegetation crews: same worker, same boots on the ground, now operating at 10x productivity. Our platform is powered by cutting edge hardware, sensors (LiDAR, camera, etc…), AI and software designed to revolutionize work in the toughest environments.
Our technology has enabled our customers to reduce wildfire risk, regulatory and outage risk from vegetation, avoid delays and cost overruns in new construction, and accelerate recovery from severe storms.
To tackle this challenge, we are bringing together a team of mission-driven experts with deep industry experience in robotics (Penn, Caltech, CMU) and enterprise software development (Palantir, Stripe, Oracle, MongoDB). We have raised funding from leading investors including Penny Pritzker’s Inspired Capital.
We are headquartered in midtown Manhattan, with additional offices in San Francisco and Philadelphia.
Our growth is only accelerating. We’re looking for deeply curious and highly ambitious people who want to have a real world impact. Come build the future of (field) work with us.
The Position
Treeswift is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts as we continue to grow. You'll work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep our recruiting processes organized and running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, communicates well, and has experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment. You'll own the day-to-day coordination of our hiring process while helping identify opportunities to improve how we work.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys the operational side of recruiting, cares about the candidate experience, and wants to have a hand in building processes as the company scales.
You will be a key member of the Recruiting team which sits as part of the People Operations organization.
What You'll Do
- Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple roles and hiring teams, including virtual and in-person interviews.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage competing priorities, anticipate scheduling needs, and keep searches moving forward.
- Coordinate interview logistics, ensuring candidates and interviewers are prepared and have the information they need.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and help build more efficient processes as we scale.
- Build and maintain recruiting processes, documentation, templates, and resources.
- Support day-to-day recruiting operations in Ashby (our ATS), including managing job postings, maintaining accurate candidate records, coordinating offers, and keeping hiring workflows up to date.
- Help strengthen our candidate experience and employer brand through thoughtful, consistent communication.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support a smooth hiring process.
- Support sourcing efforts as needed, including candidate outreach and pipeline management.
- Help the recruiting team stay organized and adapt as hiring priorities shift.
- Proactively flag issues, suggest improvements, and take ownership of resolving them.
Who You Are
- You have 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, sourcing, or people operations at an early-stage or high-growth company.
- You're exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. You catch the small things, keep track of moving pieces, and take pride in getting things right.
- You're a strong communicator. You know how to work with different stakeholders, keep people informed, and build good relationships across a team.
- You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change and processes aren't always fully built out.
- You look for ways to make things better. You're not afraid to suggest a new approach or take ownership of improving an existing process.
- You care about candidate experience and understand the importance of representing the company well throughout the hiring process.
- You're proactive and reliable. When you own something, people can count on you to follow through.
- You're comfortable working in an ATS and understand the importance of maintaining accurate recruiting data.
- You're based in NYC and comfortable being in the office regularly.
