  • This is a Contract-Hire Role
  • We are adding a teammate to our high agency team to manage the day-to-day Recruiting Coordination of our San Francisco and Seattle offices and play a key role in the candidate experience
  • You will be the primary scheduler and host to the majority of candidates visiting Nooks. You will ensure they leave our interviews with a delightful experience
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure seamless calendar alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Create and execute a world-class candidate experience
  • Work with Recruiting operations to create recruiting programs
  • Help plan and execute office events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and company meetings

  • High agency, low ego, and team-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 0-2 Years of coordinating or administration experience
  • Some recruiting, coordinating, ops, or office manager experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
