Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic hiring pipeline to meet the evolving needs of our legal team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their personnel needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, building a strong talent pool.
- Manage candidate communications, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize recruitment software to track and analyze hiring metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, representing our firm and attracting top talent to join us.
- Work with Human Resources to ensure accurate hiring metrics are reflected.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the legal industry.
- Ability to effectively use LinkedIn and other professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
- Strong relationship-building skills with educational institutions and recruiting partners.
- Proficiency in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating interviews and managing candidate interactions.
- Ability to track and manage candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline efficiently and accurately.
- High School Diploma Required.
