Recruiting Coordinator

This role provides support for all recruiting efforts in either a district network office or a network office. This position involves performing functions that allow the recruiting team to efficiently attract, recruit, select and contract financial representatives. The Recruitment Coordinator has an overall understanding of the recruitment and selection process. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.

General Responsibilities

Recruiting & Selection Support

  • Maintain supply of all recruiting materials & kits
  • Maintain candidate files
  • Send appropriate communication to candidates and interviewers for each step of the selection process
  • Coordinate community and campus career fairs
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule/reschedule initial interviews as needed
  • Coordinate and execute any recruitment promotions/campaigns (mailings, publicity, contest tracking, etc.)
  • Oversee reporting and tracking of recruitment activity and prepare reports as directed
  • Assist in administration of selection profile tools as needed
  • Guide and direct all leadership team members to facilitate the recruitment and selection process
  • Source full-time candidates and maintain job postings via LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, Indeed & Zip Recruiter
  • Occasionally aide in the sourcing of internship candidates through WayUp, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake
  • Maintain candidate database via home office-supported software
  • Work with Director of Training to coordinate logistics for internship Financial Planning Academy including content development, room set-up, and technology
  • Schedule and screen full-time online candidates and schedule second meetings for those that move on
  • Assist in the training of all new recruiters, specifically with NM Talent
  • Act as ongoing resource to recruiters on online sourcing and NM Talent
  • Find inefficiencies in the recruitment process and design/implement new change and new strategies
  • Build feed lists for full time recruiters to aide in COI conversations
  • Organize compensation meeting documents and run financial reports (FRRP)
  • Assist in the tracking and payment of joint work stipends for FRs and intern incentives (stipends and onboarding bonuses)
  • Track monthly expenses of the recruiting team and maintain a record of receipts for accounting
  • Attend career fairs and campus events as needed
  • Coordinate recruiting team-wide events and trainings
  • Assist in the coordination of events on campus by sending communications, ordering meals, and preparing materials
  • Photograph events and intern headshots

Qualifications

  • Two years of office experience preferred
  • Strong communications skills and attention to detail
  • Administrative support experience including scheduling, logistics, and computer skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people
