As a Talent Sourcing Associate in the Sourcing team, you will identify, engage, and nurture talent pipelines for your supported business groups. You will partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to align on priorities, calibrate profiles, and translate hiring needs into actionable sourcing plans. You will build market and talent intelligence to improve outreach, messaging, and engagement strategies. You will help improve candidate experience by simplifying processes and sharing insights that strengthen our approach over time.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies using research, job boards, networking, and targeted outreach
- Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and business priorities
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify target profiles and sourcing channels
- Engage passive candidates with tailored messaging that reflects our employer brand and opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and outreach activity in the candidate relationship management platform
- Build and sustain pipelines of qualified candidates to support hiring timelines and forecasted demand
- Apply advanced search techniques (including Boolean logic) to increase reach and improve outreach quality
- Collaborate with brand and communications partners to amplify employee value proposition messaging in target markets
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the candidate experience across the sourcing lifecycle
- Contribute to regional projects and team initiatives that strengthen sourcing capability and outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Five years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, retained search, or research-related functions
- Experience using a candidate relationship management system or similar database tools
- Demonstrated expertise in online recruiting research and Boolean search techniques
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to build a high-quality pipeline under tight timelines
- Demonstrated consulting and partnership skills to diagnose needs and recommend practical solutions
- Strong critical thinking and data-driven judgment for fact-based recommendations
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and cultures
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills (optional; ≤7 bullets)
